Did you know Bendigo is home to the world’s longest imperial dragon? Meet Dai Gum Loong, his name means Big Gold Dragon, he is a 125m long and is covered with more than 7000 scales. Every year to celebrate the Bendigo Easter Festival he wakes up and parades the streets of Bendigo. It takes 65 people to carry him. Traditionally only men are allowed to carry an imperial dragon, but Dai Gum Loong is a champion for equality with both men and women able to carry him in the parade. See him in action a
