How to make Gravy 101 🦃 yes this works with pan drippings from a turkey or beef broth! Just use 1 cup of it to the same dark roux. If you like lighter gravy, stop stirring a bit earlier. If you like it darker, stir a bit longer. Homemade Brown Gravy - 2 tbsp butter (in the video I used 3 tbsp of butter and 3 tbsp flour) - 2 tbsp flour - 1 cup chicken broth (or broth of choice) - season to taste with salt and pepper (i also added in garlic powder) | Candace Barclay
