Their unique liquid-cooling system utilizes a two-phase boiling and condensation process to transfer heat from the server efficiently. Announced last week, this is the Dell PowerEdge R770 CSP with the new Intel Xeon 6 CPUs with up to 144 cores each. These go to market as servers for hyperscalers but will probably get enterprise configurations later.
