If you are going to ELEVATE your heels for more quads in a squat or split squat…. It’s not more quads unless you actually utilise the heel elevation! You need to push the knees forward ➡️ with the elevation help. If you continue to just drop straight down and not utilise the elevation to assist in more knees forward… it defeats the purpose of the elevation We elevate to allow improved ability to get knees forward for a greater stretch of quads and more depth in a squat But so often I keep seeing
