We get asked all the time what’s the best items to wear to pole fitness class?! Well, you want to be as bare on the skin as possible for better performance on the chrome poles that we use. So to achieve a successful class, the following is recommended: 1. Absolutely no lotion or oils on your skin 2. Shorts 🩳 (length should not be longer than your knees) 3.
