Hi/lo aerobics, like step, seems to have gone out of fashion, which makes me so thankful for my DVD collection. This is Still Jumpin from Christi Taylor, who was a phenomenal dancer and instructor back in the 00’s. Hadn’t done this one for years but muscle memory kicked in and it was so much fun.
