Sculpted Shoulders & Abs Workout! If you need a quick workout, try this circuit. You can do all nine exercises in a row, and then repeat one, two, or three times depending on your time. Workout: 45/15 x 1, 2 or 3 sets. Plank shoulder tap, Powell raise, Sit up press, Poliquin raise, V sit layout, V sit press, Ab rollout, X position abs, Extension crunch.
