John Hurt reprises his role as Quentin Crisp in the 2009 film AN ENGLISHMAN IN NEW YORK. Hurt played Crisp in the 1975 film THE NAKED CIVIL SERVANT, which was based on Crisp’s 1968 autobiography, and AN ENGLISHMAN IN NEW YORK continues on from where the previous film ends.
