I grow beets both inside and out on my Tower Garden year-round. The thing with beets though is you have to be patient and it’s best to interval plant so you don’t feel like you are waiting on beets to mature forever. I don’t notice how long it takes to grow them because I just always have them available on my tower through interval planting. Tips: Plant 1-3 seeds per rockwool.
