Crockpot Red Beans & Rice 🫘 1lb dried red kidney beans 32 oz low sodium chicken broth 32 oz water 1 onion, diced and browned 1 green bell pepper diced and browned 1 lb smoked sausage sliced and browned 3 ham hocks OR diced ham (optional) 1 tsp Cajun seasoning 2 tsp garlic and herb blend Combine all ingredients in your crockpot and set on high for 6 hours. When done take some of the beans out and smash with a fork, pour back into crockpot. This will help thicken your beans. Adjust the seasoning
