My favorite is Zep Neutral PH floor cleaner! One of the most common things I see and get asked to fix as a pro cleaner is floors with excessive residue from cleaning products. Most of the time this is caused by to much cleaner and not properly rinsing. A way to prevent that is using a neutral PH cleaner like this Zep.
