Check out the interior of this R-series Mack, it features Mack’s own Maxidyne engine and 10-speed Maxitorque transmission. This one is from Australia and is part of the RM Murdoch collection. Maybe some of our friends across the Atlantic or down under can tell us how these compared to the likes of Peterbilts, Kenworths and Freightliners of the era? The cab is certainly cozy and the sleeper pod is only accessible from the outside, it was probably a day cab to begin with. #truckndriver #truckdrive
