Peppermint tea for an upset stomach

Mint Tea (fresh mint or bagged peppermint/spearmint tea)🍵✨I only had fresh mint at home so that’s what I used for the video but I usually add Spearmint Tea. It is more effective for PCOS because it has a more powerful anti-androgen effect and it helps to reduce testosterone. It also helps to lower blood sugar and improve digestion.
