MY WAY IN TEACHING READING In teaching reading, at first I used group reading. This is to let the non-readers and struggling readers get familiarized with the syllables and letter sounds. This also trains the kids to focus by always encouraging them to look at the board/TV/reading materials always. I am not giving them the one on one immediately to avoid giving them pressure.
