When I first saw that everything is whitening here in the Philippines, even soap, I was really surprised. Find in store something neutral like simple deo or moisturising lotion is really challenging. Actually all my life as long I lived in Europe I saw only Tan lotions ( And even used them sometime) but never saw some whitening stuff.
