Do you remember the young Australian Magpie, who was caught in a car grill last month? She had flown in front of a car and become trapped, while her rescuer, Candice, was only a few streets away from Kanyana. Luckily Candice realised what had happened and drove straight to Kanyana, where our treatment person was able to use his skills as an aircraft maintenance engineer, to gently extract her.
