Is it okay to exercise with a hernia? 😣 The exercises I share in my core program can help strengthen the tissue around an umbilical hernia because they engage the transverse abdominis (these muscles wrap around your waist like a corset). Developing a new corset pattern takes ages and i’m so busy there isnt always time. So as my hubs is working in Windsor for the entire weekend, i’ve holed up in the studio with loud shouty music to play with patterns. ✂️ I was inspired by one of my students to try a new seaming method and this is the result! ✂️ Needs more work but i had fun playing which i usually have little time for. ✂️ Now its back to the grind.
