Mastering the Wide Backswing for Improved Golf Performance

Here I’m demonstrating how some golfers extend their right arm during the downswing. I have separated my hands for better visualisation and feel. Extending the right arm also causes your lower body to stall/stop working especially for golfers who aren’t aware that they need to start the downswing with the lower body first.
