Contortion training also looks different on different people… Cecilia here started training with me in her 40s, and has made great progress! Right now we are focusing on detailed strength exercises and lots of active flexibility. With these types of focused exercises, everything works better in her body, and the stretching aspect of her training feels more tolerable and productive 😃 During her 3-Day Intensive last week, we really focused on the strength aspect and going from standing to Bridge.
