A view of popular Split Rock Falls in the Adirondacks on Friday night after Tropical Storm Debby dropped significant rainfall around the state. Over 5 inches of rain fell in nearby Keene. The NYS DEC has said high water conditions and flooding will last throughout the weekend creating very muddy and slippery trails in the Adirondacks.
