Should I Use a Continuous Glucose Monitor, Even if I'm Healthy?

Every so often I use a continuous glucose monitor (CGM) to see what my glucose levels are doing. I think these things are really fun. Our blood glucose level goes up just before waking, with a little stress and of course with eating.
