These are the only two exercises i do. The idea is to get your tendons move out of the way of the knuckle bones. If you’re starting… start where you can on the heavy bags. The lower you go the harder the bag will be. How often should you do it. At least every second day on the heavy bag. How much should you do it. Not everyone is the same so use your common sense abit here.. if you don’t do enough you wont see any changes. If you do too much you’ll start having wrist problems or knuckle problems
