Hey pool owners! This is your sign that it’s time to backwash your pool filter. If your filter’s pressure gauge reads 10 PSI above normal, your filter needs backwashing. But pressure gauges can fail over time. So if you notice low water flow coming into your pump, low water flow from the return jets, or your water is chronically cloudy, chances are you need to backwash.
