Maybe it’s time to progress your push up!! If you keep doing kneeling push ups, you will never be ready for full push ups. It is important to practice them in a full plank position. That way you learn the alignment and engagement necessary for the movement. Quit doing them on your knees (if you’ve been doing it for a long time) and try incline push ups.
