I turn 40 this year and my goal is to have the least amount of body fat I’ve ever had as an adult. I chose this style of eating for a few reasons. 1. I have PCOS and I’m insulin resistant so I don’t utilize carbs and sugar like a normal body does 2. I’m in perimenopause and as a result of hormone changes your body starts to utilize insulin differently 3. As a busy mom I needed something simple that didn’t take up a lot of mental space. I don’t have time or desire to track macros or count points.
