Au Gratin Potatoes 🥔✨ 5-6 potatoes of your choice I used russet but I prefer yellow 2 tbsp butter 2 tbsp flour 1 onion 2 cups of milk 1/2 cup of Gouda cheese 1 cup cheddar cheese Salt and pepper to taste Bake at 400 F for 1 hour covered with foil and then 20-30 minutes uncovered Thinly sliced potatoes and onions will always be a hit these were AMAZING and definitely better than the box and I LOVE the box ♥️🥴 #augratin #scallopedpotatoes | Jas Robertson
