Mango Sago aka Mango Bango is my new favourite dessert 🥭 It’s so easy to make, comes together in no time, and the cooling qualities of sago/tapioca are exactly what your body needs after a long day of fasting. I’m going to say it’s perfect for a lighter Eid dessert too - play with the fruits: add strawberries, kiwi, or any other fruit (or mix them up!) and enjoy! Here’s how to make it: Add 1 cup of small or medium sago/tapioca to about 5 cups of boiling water Simmer for ten minutes, stirring of
