Serratus Plane Technique
Do this instead of crunches!! 🤯🤯This advanced ‘’plank’’ strengthens the serratus anterior muscle, and improves lumbo-pelvic stability (think core stability). The goal here is to focus on form, body position, tension, and stability, NOT exhaustion!!👉👉 Follow me if you want a lot of valuable core strengthening help, and a LOT of great core exercises! ⁣⁣⁣⁣⁣⁣⁣Coaching Tips:⁣⁣⁣⁣⁣⁣⁣Hold onto rings or a TRX, and get into a plank position. The more horizontal your body is, the tougher this will be!⁣
