Rigatoni has such a distinct and delicious flavor. This rigatoni alla vodka recipe by @dgritzer on @seriouseats is one of my favorites. For this recipe, we use a hefty amount of tomato paste for depth of flavor and we add the vodka close to the end of the cook time to maximize flavor.
