I am in Rochester at the legendary Nick Tahou for the Garbage Plate. This is the place that invented the Garbage Plate and has been serving the people of Rochester since 1918. I got the white hot plate with home fries, Mac salad, onions and mustard, and their meat sauce. Their sauce didn’t have the same depth as some others I have had in Rochester and they also don’t give you a huge portion of the meat sauce on top.
